One of my favorite aspects of representing clients is crafting memorable closing baskets that truly showcase the unique charm of the property and buyer. From the vibrant marketing details to getting their home sold, it’s all about helping their home shine in its best light when working with me.
In this blog, I share a beautifully crafted gift basked I recently designed for a very special client (who loves plants!) Some of the items found in this basket included a plant mug, Wi-Fi sign, yummy smelling candle, a plant towel, a faux plant, plant mister, a potting bag.

I absolutely LOVE creating these baskets. Assigning a theme for each client experience gives the gift basket a more uniformed look with everything pairing nicely together.
Each basket I design is meant to leave a lasting impression and mark the beginning of new homeownership journeys - and, they are completely tailored to each individual client. From listening and learning all about them through our time together, I will come up with a theme that I just know will light up their heart and soul!
Closing gifts not only show your appreciation for your clients, but they also help build your brand, establish lasting relationships, and set you apart from the competition. They serve as a physical reminder of the relationship between you and your client, long after the closing deal has taken place.

My Plant-Loving Client and Her Home Purchase
I was so lucky to work with such a wonderful client! She mentioned during one of our home tour visits during our escrow period that she was really into plants. She purchased a condo on the top floor with a super cute balcony with ledges that wrap around for her to fill with plants. The previous home owners had these adorable string lights that they had hanging for some cozy lighting. Of course, that didn't come with the home… so I bought her a bundle of string lights that she could add to her balcony. I added a yummy smelling candle, a plant towel, a faux plant she can add in the bathroom or another area in her home that won't die!, I included a Plant mister, a potting bag.
All of this was included in her gift basket to make it extra special to celebrate her significant milestone in style (plant style!)!
On key day…
I greeted her with her keys and a custom "Welcome Home" key chain made by a sweet crafter friend of mine that you can find on Instagram @99artdesignz.
It’s always such a joy to see so many eager visitors exploring the potential of their future home.
